Privacy Policy

LocataireQC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the LocataireQC mobile application and website collect, use, and share information. Information we collect may include account details such as email, lease and rent information you enter, documents or photos you upload including proof documents, subscription status, device and usage data, and support messages. We use this information to provide and improve the app, process subscriptions, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Uploaded proof documents are limited to 1 GB maximum total storage per account and 25 MB maximum per proof/evidence file. We do not sell personal information. Account deletion / Suppression du compte

You can delete your LocataireQC account at any time directly inside the app: Profile → Delete account (Profil → Supprimer mon compte).

When you delete your account, data associated with your account is removed from our systems, except for information we must retain for legal or operational reasons.
